Processia to Sell Leading PLM Software From Dassault Systèmes
Canadian Services Partner Becomes Value-Added Reseller of CATIA, ENOVIA and DELMIA

Paris and Montreal, March 29, 2007 - Processia Solutions and Dassault Systèmes (DS) (Nasdaq: DASTY; Euronext Paris: #13065, DSY.PA), a world leader in 3D and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions, today announced that the longtime Canadian services partner has become a certified reseller of CATIA, ENOVIA and DELMIA software solutions.

Processia, a widely recognized Dassault Systèmes’ services and consulting partner, adds a new dimension to its more than six years of experience implementing DS’ PLM solutions with the addition of software sales. Processia’s services include business consulting, solution design, and enterprise application integration (EAI) services. The company counts Bombardier, Renault F1 Team, Pratt & Whitney Canada and Volvo among its customers.
