SMARTEAM - Program Management (PGM) is an out-of-the box yet customizable, full-featured, platform-independent collaborative program management solution. It enables the storage and management of the vast amount of program-related information, including multiple projects, timelines, tasks, deliverables and resources, and tightly connects them to product and process-related knowledge, such as Workflow processes, Documents and Bills of Material (BOMs). SMARTEAM - Program Management provides dispersed users throughout the extended Enterprise and across the value chain with a single, unified environment to easily, efficiently, and securely manage and share these elements in real-time through intuitive, role-based user interface, eliminating error-prone manual data entries, and decreasing costs and time-to-market.

SMARTEAM - Program Management includes a bi-directional integration to Microsoft Project that allows users to edit the information maintained in SMARTEAM and perform high-level analyses on that data. From within SMARTEAM, decision-makers can easily view Gantt charts and other popular representations of project information. Integrations to other project planning tools can be achieved through custom programming.
