Mr. Claude Dulude is currently employed at Deloitte & Touche Canada Inc. Mr. Dulude serves as Vice President of Réseau Capital. In 1981, he began his career at CIBC in human resources management. In 1992, he joined Laurentian Bank with the objective of contributing to the development and establishment of its commercial financing segment. He remained with the institution until the end of 2003, by which time he held the position of Vice-President of Commercial and Agricultural Financing for Québec. He joined Investissement Québec, where he successively served as Vice-President of Development then Senior Vice-President of Commercial Operations. His years with Investissement Québec were marked by a major staff mobilization initiative, the establishment of a structured approach to business development, and an in-depth review of file-processing procedures. In recent years, he has developed strong expertise in conventional financing, junior debt and mezzanine financing. Finally, in 2004 he joined the executive ranks of Réseau Capital and has served as Vice President and member of the Executive Committee since 2005. During these years, he has sat on several committees, in addition to assuming responsibility in for organizing Réseau’s annual convention in 2007 and its annual golf tournaments in 2008 and 2009. He serves as a Board Member of Réseau Capital. In 1988, his interest in corporate financing led him to study for an MBA in Finance at HEC Montréal. Graduating in 1990, he continued his career at CIBC in corporate financing. He holds a Bachelor's Degree - and undertook studies for a Master's - in Industrial Relations from Université de Montréal.
Professional engineer with strong entrepreneurial skills, Vincent Fraser is the co-founder and CEO of Processia, a Laval (Quebec, Canada) company specializing in the integration of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) business solutions with a suite of services combining consulting, integration and managed services.
Graduated in 1998 from Polytechnique Montréal, Vincent Fraser began his career as a consultant before co-founding Processia in 2000. Initially responsible for business development, he thereafter worked as Vice-president of PLM solutions where, with the help of a dedicated team, accelerated the development of the PLM expertise of Processia with new offers and markets, and eventually became its CEO in 2011. He focuses on strategy, leadership, innovation and has implemented an ambitious growth plan achieving an average annual growth rate of 20% with, among others, the establishment of Processia in the United States, France, and UK. Today Processia has six offices worldwide, a team of nearly 300 people and helps innovative companies in automotive, aerospace, energy, consumer packaged goods, and life sciences industries to optimize and transform their business with PLM.
Marc Allard has combined a sound knowledge of Information Technologies to his natural inclination toward the business world of PLM (Product Life-Cycle Management). As a serial entrepreneur, Marc is the co-founder of Processia Solutions in Laval (Quebec, Canada) a company specializing in the integration of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) business solutions with a suite of services combining consulting, integration and managed services.
He graduated in 1991 from “Ecole de Technologie Supérieure” in Montréal, and began his career as a consultant at IBM Canada. He has been involved in many organizational positions in the information technology field, specifically gravitating around PLM. He occupied the position of team leader a Bombardier Aerospace the late 90’s before occupying the position of CEO from 2000 until 2011 at Processia Solutions. From that point, he held many strategic positions from International business development, General manager of Canada, Marketing and Information systems & technology position.
Marc Allard has been involved in many business development activities since the foundation of Processia Solutions. The controlled growth, the improvement of their working environment, the continuous improvement of their information systems to always be up to date on technology trends have been his ongoing objectives at Processia Solutions.
Josée Dubuc is in charge of all activities at Telecon related to human resources and communications. As such, she establishes a human capital strategic framework and oversees the talent management, global rewards and several other elements linked to organizational development and effectiveness. She is also responsible for the marketing and communication plan.
Ms. Dubuc joined the management team of Telecon in June 2016, bringing with her more than 20 years of experience in human resources. She was previously Executive Vice President, Human Resources and Corporate Services at Ivanhoé Cambridge a Worldwide real estate company and Chief Talent Officer at Yellow Pages Group, where her work earned her recognition as one of Canada’s “Top 40 under 40” managers. She also served as Senior Human Resources Professional in a variety of industries such as telecommunication and other service firms.
Ms. Dubuc is an active member of the Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario (HRPA).
Ms. Dubuc is also a member of the “Ordre des administrateurs agréés du Québec” as well as a member of the Board of Directors and President of the Human Resources Committee at YMCA Québec as well as Processia Inc. Ms. Dubuc holds a certificate in human resources management from Seneca College, Toronto, and has successfully completed the Directors Education Program (DEP) at the McGill Executive
Tom brings deep experience in strategic vision, operational execution and building high-performance teams in the global technology and software industry.
Prior to joining Entegreat, Tom served as Senior Vice-President of Industry Services for Dassault Systèmes (DS), and President of Dassault Systèmes Services LLC., the global services business of DS consisting of 1,000 employees, and approximately $250M USD revenues, and was responsible for developing and operating the offering, project execution and partnership frameworks. Previously, Tom served 4 years as the President of Dassault Systèmes Americas with broad ownership of business and customer operations across the Americas, including building a single execution entity from the previous historical acquisitions across the geography. Tom came to Dassault Systèmes as CFO within the initial leadership team of ENOVIA Corp, a start-up company which ultimately became the Dassault Systèmes brand for enterprise data management and the platform for global collaboration and decision support.
Prior to joining Dassault Systèmes, Tom had a successful career at IBM Corporation, including leadership positions in sales, finance, industry solutions, and operations.
Tom has a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Wisconsin.
Since his recent retirement in October 2017 from his post as Senior Vice -President ‐ Strategic Development at CGI Inc., Mr. Caron sits on the boards of numerous economic organisations and private companies. During his career at CGI, he also served as Senior Vice-President ‐ Business Development, Senior Vice-President ‐ Business Engineering, Senior Vice-President and Director General - International Operations.
Previously, he was Deputy Minister of Economic Development Canada and Delegate- Foreign Investments for the Government of Canada. He also served in various capacities in the Government of Quebec, including as Deputy Minister in a number of ministries such as Industry and Commerce, Science and Technology, Tourism, International Affairs and as Associate General Secretary for the Executive Council Office.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration in Economy and Public Finances from the ÉNAP (University of Public Administration of Quebec). He also has a Bachelor’s of Economic Science from the University of Sherbrooke and of Social Sciences from Université Laval. He also followed various further training notably an Executive Management Course – Leading Professional Service Firm at the Harvard Business School.
As administrator, Monsieur Caron sits on the boards of the Fédération des Chambres de Commerce du Québec, ProAction International Inc., Komutel and AtmanCo. Previously he was member of the board of a number of economic organisations and private companies including Economic Development Canada, the Société générale de financement du Québec, Montreal International, Techno Montreal, the Société québécoise des transports, the Société de développement industriel du Québec, the Société nationale de fiducie and Clemex Technologies Inc.
He is involved with a number of charitable organizations such as the Montreal Cancer Institute.

Stephan Marois joined the Fonds de solidarité FTQ in 2007 where he has worked as an Investment Portfolio Director in the fields of Information Technologies, Aerospace and Transportation, Recreational Tourism and Financial Services. At the Fonds, he won prizes for the most complex and creative transactions in 2012 (the Montreal Impact) and in 2016 (Triotech Amusement).
Previous to the Fonds, Mr. Marois gained extensive experience in M&A, structured finance and private equity while working for leading Québec organizations such as Hydro Quebec International, CAE, Transat and Bombardier. His achievements include participating in numerous financing projects in various countries. Over the years, Mr. Marois has also served on the boards of various organizations as well as on the boards of companies in his portfolio, such as Processia.
Originally from Ottawa, M. Marois holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a Finance option from the University of Ottawa and an MBA with a concentration in International Business from McGill University and Handelshogskolan in Sweden. He has also completed courses on securities, investment fund management and governance issues and has obtained a professional accounting designation (CPA, CMA) from the John Molson School of Business. Mr. Marois is a member of the Ordre des CPA du Québec.

Vice-President of Finance and Corporate Services
Pierre Bernier is Vice-President of Finance and Corporate Services with Processia. He is specialized in Mergers & Acquisition and financing and has led deals both on the buy side or sales, Recognized as a strong negotiator with a deep understanding of operations, performance measurement and legal services. He serves on the board of Place Des Arts, he sat on the Board of Directors of SODEC from 2009 to 2013, where he held the positions of Vice-President of the Board of Directors and President of the Audit Committee. He was President of the Consultative Committee of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF), member of the Board of Directors of the Institute for Governance of Private and Public Organizations (IGOPP) and Vice-President of the Board of Directors of the West Island of Montreal Chamber of Commerce. In the business community, he previously served as CEO of JJ Buckley Fine Wines, CEO of Intelligent Cellars Inc., Executive Vice-President, Operations with the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), Vice-President, Finance and Administration of Airborne Entertainment Inc., and Vice-President, CFO and corporate services of Yellow Pages Group.
Vice president Global Tech Sales and Offerings
Guillaume Jacquemin is the Vice president Global Tech Sales and Offerings.
As an automotive engineer by training, Guillaume has started his career in 1997 as a PLM consultant at Renault cars in France. In 2003, he joined Renault Formula One in ENSTONE, UK, as PLM Project Manager and became CIO of the F1 team in 2005.
He came back to France after the economic crisis in 2009, working for 18 months at Sogeti High Tech, a Capgemini Business unit, and then was called by Vincent Fraser to lead Processia’s newly created French entity growth.
As an expert, Guillaume has experience in large projects, PLM practices and a deep knowledge of the French and British Markets.
Vice president Global Sales and Marketing
Pascal is led by 3 passions : Business, Innovation and People. He graduated as “Mechanical and Manufacturing Processes” Engineer in 1993 and got a Master in “Computer Sciences” the following year.
He started his career developing PDM/PLM software. With this technical background he embraced all challenges proposed to him evolving in almost all roles in our space : Product manager, R&D Manager, Business Consultant, Practice Leader, Sales representative, Global Service Sales Leader, Sales Manager, Technical-Sales Director, Sales Manager, VP of Sales and Marketing.
He spent 25+ years in the software and service sectors, and worked for the main players in the Digital Transformation domains (IBM/Dassault Systèmes; Autodesk; PTC…). He was involved with customers in almost all industries and developed a strong business acumen. He led global teams and delivered global quota reaching up to 3 digits in millions euros annual revenues.
Pascal has both the European and North America culture. He was born in France and he is now based in Montreal (Québec). With a strong engagement on the Industry 4.0, he joined Processia on September 2019, acting as “Vice President Global Sales and Marketing”.
Geo Leader, India
Mechanical Engineer with unique blend of Automotive Industry processes knowledge and PLM Solutions, Santosh Kulkarni leads Processia’s India team as Managing Director and is responsible for the Global Delivery.
Santosh completed his Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from University of Pune, India in Year 1996 and thereafter started his career with Automotive giant Tata Motors. Before formally becoming part of Processia’s family, through a strategic acquisition of NobleTek PLM, Santosh helped NobleTek PLM establish its strong foothold in EURASIA. He spent most of his career in International market working with leading automotive companies including Volvo In Sweden. Through his right exposure to Indian and International market, Santosh has gain excellent know-how related to Global Delivery management, right Sourcing and Offshoring. He has working exposure to France, Germany, China , Italy , Sweden , UK and United States and vast working experience in Indian and Nordics market. He focuses on Global Delivery centre in Pune and under his leadership the India team has reached to 125 mark with aggressive target of 250 to be cross by End of Year.
Vice president North American Operations & IOT Leader
Fred’s career started in the Aerospace industry as a structural engineer for de Havilland, Boeing and Bombardier Aerospace. He then moved into the consumer products industry and held various progressive positions at Mercury Marine and Brunswick Corporation. He led the Engineering Services and Engineering Systems for Mercury and then led the Business Transformation for Brunswick. Fred’s last accomplishment at Brunswick was being the founder and leader of Brunswick’s Mercury PLM Services Business that was created in 2008. Fred led the vision, creation, and successful operations of this Services Business from its inception in 2008 through 2010.
He went on to lead the Global Products Organization at Whirlpool corporation as the Global Products Organization – CIO, where he created the PLM vision and deployed a global end to end solution for Whirlpool corporation. The solution encompassed all aspects of the business from innovation, through design, into sourcing and manufacturing and completed the closed loop with the incorporation of Service.
Fred then moved on to become the EVP and Global CIO for Ashley furniture. There he was responsible for the strategic vision and business transformation for Ashley and turned them into a technology company. Oversight and strategic direction for systems that included supply chain management, business-to-supplier management, design, manufacturing, warehouse management, business-to-retailer management, customer service, and retail management, which including point-of-sale systems and the start of the e-commerce business.
Today, Fred supports Processia and its global growth as the Vice President of North America Operations and Leader of the IoT practice.
Jan De Bruyckere
Geo Leader, Benelux
Having graduated in 1995 with a Master in Applied Computer Science at the University of Gent, Jan De Bruyckere continued to work at the University as researcher in the Domain of Artificial Intelligence, Document Management and Groupware.
In 1999, he joined EADS Matra Datavision as PLM Consultant and later group leader, implementing PLM solutions for big industrial companies.
In 2002, Jan became PLM business unit manager at MSC.Software Benelux. In 2006, MSC.Software Benelux was acquired by Technigraphics (renamed in Nobletek in 2010), where Jan took position as Managing Director Europe. He has built strong relationships and collaboration with Nobletek India turning Nobletek into a real global company.
Finally, in 2018 he became General Manager Benelux at Processia.
Vice president, People & Culture
Marie-Helene is not a typical HR leader. She has spent most of her career in the business and operations. Her passion is how to put culture at work – employee experience matters and help drive value for the organization. While she graduated from Industrial Relations from University of Montreal, she also is PMP certified and completed her EMBA from McGill-HEC in 2020.
With 14+ years in the software industry, she is known for directing complex teams, projects, and operational strategies to successful completion, influencing senior leaders and strategic business decisions.
Her profile is diversified across project management, sales, operations, and customer service. Her diverse background helps her adapt quickly to new situations, assess challenges, and deliver HR solutions that improve both people and process performance.
In her leadership roles, she championed organizational change and employee engagement expansion. Working in 3 countries over the past 10 years, she fostered her abilities to work effectively and collaboratively with both multinational and multidisciplinary teams and leaders to align HR functions with the corporate strategic plan.
Geo Leader, France
Benjamin Gonzalez began his career 20 years ago at NUVIA (VINCI Group) bringing his expertise on Consulting and Nuclear Engineering. Next he embraced a new challenge, joining Adecco Group as “Director of the Engineering and IT Business Unit”, where he implemented new organic growth strategies leading to the success of a team of more than 60 people.
His success interested Capgemini, which offered him several complex assignments moving from the role of “Business Development Manager Engineering France” to that of “Chief of Staff / in house strategy Consultant for CEO” and finally assuming the position of “Practice Head”.
Before joining PROCESSIA France, Benjamin worked at Dassault Systèmes within the organization in charge of "Alliances with Partners" in the role of "Global Alliance Executive".
Geo Leader, UK
With close to two decades of experience in implementing PLM for auto, industrial equipment and high-tech manufacturers from Europe, Asia and North America, Bala is focused on successfully delivering end-to-end Product Lifecycle Management systems for our customers in the UK.
An engineer by education, Bala started his career in 1997 with TVS Sundram Fasteners Ltd, a leading auto-component manufacturer in India. To widen his horizon, he then did his MBA in General Management. Passionate in leveraging information technology for engineering, in 2001, he joined the then fledgling PLM practice of a consulting company as one of its founding consultants. Since then he has worked on more than 10 large PLM programmes as the lead consultant and project manager, across the world. In 2004, he initiated and led a joint software development project with MatrixOne inc, USA to design, develop and sell a solution to manage information exchange between engineering and manufacturing teams in organisations. In 2006, he moved to France to lead the PLM business of Tech Mahindra in Europe. Currently he is based out of Coventry, UK leading Processia’s business in the UK.
Global Marketing Director
With more than 10 years' experience in B2B and B2C marketing, Élodie has worked for businesses in technology (IT), real estate and marketing/communication agencies including FX Innovation, SherWeb and DuProprio.
Fueled by strong intrapreneurship skills, she loves finding effective solutions to meet business challenges with a focus on increasing her organisations' awareness and growth on a national and international scale.
She has managed different teams of marketing experts to develop and execute many digital marketing strategies, such as lead generation campaigns, Web (SEO), and social media content strategies. Élodie is also experienced in positioning, branding, go-to-market, events and client experience improvement strategies.
Highly organized, super creative and wholeheartedly invested in her work, Élodie knows how to collaborate and surround herself with the right people to create team synergies and move mountains!
Geo Leader, Canada
An engineer by trade, Pierre started his career in project management for a major EPC, the SNC Group, where he held various progressive positions in heavy industries projects.
Thereafter, he had the opportunity of implementing project management standards in the software development industry. As a Project Manager for M3i Systems, Pierre successfully led the delivery of mission critical systems. Pierre then join HydroSoft Energy, a start-up specialized in real time systems for hydro power management.
In 2000, Pierre was in the team that led the establishment of Dassault Systems Industry Service North America. There, as an Operations Manager for the Auto & Aero sectors, he directed the merger, alignment, and operation of 5 operational units. In 2003, he was tasked to create a new business unit dedicated to the Energy domain. In 2007, he was appointed Knowledge Center Director, a business unit significantly involved in the Boeing 787 Program. During his tenure at DS, Pierre was renowned for the development of people skills and the management of motivated and efficient teams.
Appointed as General Manager of Simoneau in 2013, a manufacturer of boiler room systems, Pierre led the business transformation, driving up value creation, boosting revenue and efficiency.
