Processia acquires nextis consulting, extending its business consulting services capabilities and consolidating its leadership in france and europe

Processia today announces it has acquired NextIS Consulting, an independent consulting company with offices in Paris, who has expertise in organization and processes, information systems and change management. This transaction is in line with Processia’s strategic plan to accelerate its development to become a key player specializing in the world of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management). With a team of 25 experienced consultants working with several large companies in France and Europe, NextIS Consulting specializes in PLM consulting services, business processes and project management. This acquisition enables Processia to expand its services offering, and to welcome a team of talented experts. NextIS Consulting will join the Processia family in the next few months.

Processia already has offices in Paris and Toulouse and the arrival of NextIS Consulting further strengthens its capabilities in the areas of PPM (Project Portfolio Management) and BPM (Business Process Management). “This acquisition is in line with our growth strategy and will enable us to strengthen our consulting services offering and to reach our goal to provide complete solutions to all our customers in the four markets where we are present: Canada, Great Britain, United States, and of course France” mentioned Vincent Fraser, Processia’s CEO.
