Processia today announces it has acquired NextIS Consulting, an independent consulting company with offices in Paris, who has expertise in organization and processes, information systems and change management. This transaction is in line with Processia’s strategic plan to accelerate its development to become a key player specializing in the world of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management). With a team of 25 experienced consultants working with several large companies in France and Europe, NextIS Consulting specializes in PLM consulting services, business processes and project management. This acquisition enables Processia to expand its services offering, and to welcome a team of talented experts. NextIS Consulting will join the Processia family in the next few months.
Processia already has offices in Paris and Toulouse and the arrival of NextIS Consulting further strengthens its capabilities in the areas of PPM (Project Portfolio Management) and BPM (Business Process Management). “This acquisition is in line with our growth strategy and will enable us to strengthen our consulting services offering and to reach our goal to provide complete solutions to all our customers in the four markets where we are present: Canada, Great Britain, United States, and of course France” mentioned Vincent Fraser, Processia’s CEO.
“Our arrival within Processia provides continuity because our complementary skills and services will bring considerable value for our partners and our customers” said Arnaud Aussage, General Manager at NextIS Consulting. “We also share common values, such as customers and quality of service focus, and that makes joining Processia a natural evolution.”
This announcement confirms once again the positioning of Processia in consulting, integration and outsourcing services to provide comprehensive offerings in the various industry sectors it serves. “Successful companies are those that emphasize innovation and talents; with the acquisition of NextIS Consulting, Processia both enriches its offering for our customers and its pool of expertise which now reaches nearly 200 consultants” said Vincent Fraser. “This year we celebrate our 15th year of existence and I would say we have reached our cruising speed to achieve our growth objectives, while maintaining our high quality standards that have made our reputation.”
