Nomination of Priya Joannet, People & Culture Manager for Europe

Processia is pleased to announce the arrival of Priya Joannet. She joined Processia January 18 as People & Culture Manager for Europe. Priya will be based in our Puteaux Office, France and support our European team of 102 employees and 10 managers in 6 different countries.

Priya mission is to help build a stronger P&C capacity across Europe and will be instrumental among other things in our capacity to implement world-wide initiatives for the People & Culture function. Most importantly, she is the point of contact for all employees across Europe – in Processia sites as well as those of you deployed at customers sites. Our mission in People & Culture is to support our employees in their career development, ensuring that we build an engaging work environment that develop expertise to have a positive impact in our customers’ success. Priya’s demonstrated abilities and valuable contribution in implementing ‘People and Culture Strategy’ will be critical in the coming months as she will be leading and coordinating numerous exciting P&C initiatives in Europe.

​​Priya holds a Master in Industrial Organizational Psychology at Grenoble Alpes University. For more than 14 years, she held various positions and demonstrated a high level of responsibility with a strong focus on international HR & talent development and delivery, diversity and inclusion, change management and other exciting projects!

These positions included Executive Search Consultant Hudson, Talent Acquisition & Retention Manager EMEA & Americas at Moody’s Analytics, Talent & Mobility Corporate Manager at PPR/ Redcats, HRBP & Project Manager at Murex and Global Senior HRBP Manager at Sigfox.

Priya’s proven work experience demonstrates her extensive knowledge and understanding of both private and public sectors, having worked in diverse fields of industries: small and midsize companies as well as publicly traded international companies.

In her spare time she is an artist and sells her paintings, enjoys yoga, snorkeling and spending time with her husband and two boys.

We are continuing on the journey of building our team in People & Culture, putting in place more talents in service of the employee experience and Processia’s culture.
